General Instruction for filling Online Merit /Admission Form for Registration
The admission of a student can be cancelled at any time by the principal in case it is detected that the student had given wrong information, concealed the facts or admission has been made against the norms.
- Attach scanned copies of mark sheet of qualifying examination, photo and certificates likely to earn weightage points.
- For Admission in M.Sc. I and M.A. I Geography attach scanned copy of mark sheets of B.A. /B.Sc. Ist, IInd & IIIrd years.
- For admission in reserve category, attach copy of caste certificate.
- For photo and candidate signature, image should not be larger than 5 KB and for other documents 500 KB.
- For Admission in B.Sc I, the academic merit will be calculated by taking into consideration the marks obtained in Physics, Chemistry, & Mathematics in Mathematics Group and of Physics, Chemistry & Biology in Bio Group respectively in qualifying examination. Fill separate Merit form for each group.
- For Admission in B.A.I the academic merit will be calculated by taking into consideration the marks obtained in best five subjects in qualifying examination.
- The reservation policy of State Government of Uttarakhand is followed.
- Do not disclose your password and user id.
- The candidate will have an one time opportunity to modify his/her merit /admission form before the notified last date by using password and user id.
Instruction for Submission of Admission/Merit Form before the Admission Committee
Merit listed candidate may get admission on satisfaction of Admission Committee after counseling. The candidate will have to deposit fee on the same day otherwise his/her right of admission will be forfeited.
- Produce all the required documents in original before the Admission Committee.
- Downloaded copy of the Admission / Merit form alongwith directory, Undertaking for Curbing the Menace of Ragging (Antiragging) and Police Verification Certificate duly signed by the candidate and parents.
- Attach Original Transfer Certificate (TC) and Character Certificate (CC) from the institution last attended.
- Photocopies of the qualifying examination, High School (Date of birth) Certificate. Photocopies of other documents likely to earn weightage points.
